Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unwashed, and still have all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Submit Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided shipping label or address details, then drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
